The hotel is located in the heart of Paris, making it incredibly convenient to explore attractions such as the Opera district and Notre Dame. The proximity to the Metro and a metro station ensures easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The location was fantastic, with multiple metro lines just around the corner. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly.

This hotel is in a prime location with easy access to 3 underground lines, making it convenient to reach popular places in Paris. Rooms may be small, but 5th-floor rooms have a small balcony with views of Paris rooftops. There are plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and a Monoprix shop. The reception staff is friendly and customer-oriented. The soundproofing is excellent and the WiFi quality is great. The hotel is recommended for business travelers.

We arrived late in the evening and were really surprised to find our room clean and comfortable. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated, a nice touch. The hotel staff were helpful and were pretty good too assist us. We had a great experience at Marais Grands Boulevards!

Convenient location near Metro, shops, and restaurants. Well-equipped room with balcony and tea/coffee facilities. Superb bathroom with luxurious fittings and rainfall shower. Excellent housekeeping and friendly staff. Impressive cityscape view from mini-balcony.

We stayed at this venue last weekend and we had a wonderful time. The central location is perfect for exploring the city and everything is within walking distance. Plus, there's a metro stop right opposite the hotel for those who prefer to travel by public transport. The service is outstanding with staff always happy to help. They even provided us with an iron and ironing board upon request. The room amenities are top-notch with air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi is a great perk too!
The only minor issue we had was with the twin bed arrangement, but this was quickly sorted out by the friendly and efficient staff. The fitness centre is well-equipped and perfect for a morning workout before heading out to explore the city.
